Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Pacific Northwest Electric Inc. ("we", "us") collects through pacificnwelectric.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated October 9, 2026.

Information you give us

When you use our contact or booking form, call, text or email us, we collect what you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email, service address, city and ZIP code, a description of the work, and any photos you upload. We use this information only to respond to you, schedule and quote work, perform the job, and keep job and permit records.

Text messages

If you text us, we use your number and messages to reply and coordinate your job. We do not send marketing texts. Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our site and its service providers automatically receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. We use it to keep the site secure (for example, to block spam and attacks) and working well. Our site uses only the cookies needed for it to function and stay secure.

Service providers

We use trusted providers to run the site and our business, including our web host, Cloudflare (security and fast delivery), Google (email delivery and maps), and our reviews display, which shows public reviews from Google, Yelp and Facebook. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

What we don't do

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with others for their marketing. We may share information when needed to complete your job (for example, with a utility or permitting office) or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and job information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet business, warranty, tax and licensing record requirements, then delete it.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to records we must keep by law. Contact us using the details below.

Children

Our site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
